The Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines' Head Office is open daily and our team of friendly cruise advisors are ready to offer advice, answer your queries and help you book your perfect cruise holiday.

Reservations: 

You can contact our Reservations Team on 0800 0355 130. The Reservations opening hours are:

Monday to Friday:   8.30am to 6.00pm
Saturday:                 9.00am to 5.00pm
Sunday:                   10.00am to 4.00pm

Guest Services:

You can contact our Guest Services team on 01473 742 424. The Guest Services opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday:   9am to 5pm
Sunday:                       Closed

Shore Tours:

You can contact our Destination Experience team on 01473 746 163. Our Destination Experience opening hours are: 

Monday to Friday:        9am to 5pm
