Your cruise at a glance
Hand-crafted highlights
Our team has crafted this Borealis cruise to Iceland to showcase the country's remarkable volcanic landscapes, geothermal activity, and fascinating culture, while also timing your visit to offer the best chance of seeing some incredible wildlife. Spurting geysers, thundering waterfalls, and seabirds are yours to admire from Reykjavík, while Akureyri is well-placed for visiting the mighty Goðafoss Waterfall or whale-watching. Venturing to Ísafjörður presents an opportunity to discover the way of life in one of Iceland’s most remote regions, where locals will tell you stories of rich folklore. Meanwhile on board Borealis, you can search for marine life with the help of wildlife charity ORCA, particularly while cruising Eyjafjörður, a haven for cetaceans and birds.
