If you have booked a cruise that includes complimentary car parking, you're still required to book a car parking space. Please wait 3 working days after making your cruise booking before calling CPS to book your parking space. Regrettably, if the parking is not pre-booked you may be required to pay the full ‘on the day’ rate, which cannot be reimbursed."
Travelling to Portsmouth Cruise Port by Train
The city of Portsmouth benefits from excellent rail access, with direct services available from London Waterloo, London Victoria, Brighton, Gatwick Airport, Southampton, Eastleigh and Cardiff (via Salisbury and Bristol). To reach the cruise port you'll need to alight at Portsmouth & Southsea Station and take a five minute taxi ride to the port. There is a taxi rank right outside the station.
