We recommend you download the app prior to your cruise, simply follow the below quick steps.
Step 1 | Make sure your phone or tablet has data, or is connected to WiFi |
Step 2 | Search ‘Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ in your App Store and download |
Step 3 | Sign in with your 'My Cruises' details or register for an account |
Step 4 | Once on board, connect to the ships WiFi platform – there’s no need to buy credit. This will simply enable the ship to power the App with your cruise information without using the WiFi. |
Step 5 | Browse, explore and enjoy! |
While our app can be downloaded and used on board our ships without the need to purchase a WiFi package, some features require internet access for full functionality. These include signing into the app, completing your Guest Information Form and purchasing Shore Tours.

Having difficulties?
Why can't I log into the app? |
The app works with the same username and password combination as your 'My Cruises' account. If you do not have a 'My Cruises' account we recommend setting one up, so that you can access all the features of the app. If you need a username reminder, or a password re-set, this can be done via the website here or via the app. |
The app isn't showing my cruise or Oceans Membership information? |
If your cruise or membership details are not showing once logged in, it is likely that the details you have used to register for the app are different to those we have in our system. If you amend your account to match the details on your booking, the information should show correctly. If you continue to experience difficulties then you can call our technical helpline on 01473 292 277. |
The app isn't showing Daily Times activities and menus? |
This information will not show until you are on board. Once on board, you will need to connect to the ships WiFi (no need to purchase the Wifi package), so the app recognises you are on board. |
WiFi whilst on board
Once on board you can choose from a pay-as-you-go, or day WiFi package which will allow you to connect to the internet via your smartphone, tablet, laptop and other devices to send email, keep up-to-date with the latest news and share your holiday experiences on social media as you cruise.
Simply connect to our WiFi once aboard, select your package and you're set up. WiFi is available throughout our ships, so you can connect to the internet in your room or whilst relaxing in any of the public areas.
Any charges will be billed directly to your on board account. Charges for our WiFi service* are as follows:
Our Social Media Package* allows access to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms.

*This package does not WhatsApp or Email.
Our General Browsing Package* allows access to most websites, including Social Media platforms, WhatsApp and Email.
