Staying connected with friends and family at home whilst on a Fred. Olsen cruise has never been easier. 

With our new fast maritime service you’ll be able to connect to the internet via your smartphone, tablet, laptop and other devices to send email, keep up-to-date with the latest news and share your holiday experiences on social media as you cruise.

Simply connect to the guest WiFi on board , create an account and select your desired internet package and you’re good to go. WiFi is available throughout our ships, so you can connect to the internet whilst relaxing in any of our public areas.  Any WiFi costs will be charged directly to your on board account.

Please note:  The WiFi service is per device, but you can switch between your devices to use your package.

As the internet service is operated via a maritime satellite connection, this can be subject to bad weather, satellite coverage and availability, factors which are outside of Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines control.

Device compatibility and support

While we’re unable to troubleshoot personal devices, such as hardware malfunctions or outdated software, we encourage guests to ensure their devices are up to date and compatible with our on-board WiFi.

Our team is happy to provide basic assistance, including connectivity guidance and general troubleshooting, to help you make the most of your online experience. Please keep in mind that WiFi performance may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as device settings and third-party software.
